Our client is a global leader in its industry. The company has grown significantly in recent years, with a revenue of several hundred million euros and activities on all continents. To support further growth, they are seeking to recruit a Business Controller. In this role you will work closely with and support the Head of Business Controller with actvities like budgeting, forecasting, business cases, cost pricing etc. This is a global role in which you are responsible for one or more BU's. Stakeholder management and the ability to connect with the (global) business is important.
Functie omschrijving
- Perform the Planning & Control cycle for several BU's (budgeting, forecasting, reviews etc.)
- Deep dive analysis on profitability within BU's
- Involved in cost price calculations, Capex projects as well as target delivery setting
- Actively involved in process improvement projects in Finance and IT
- Act as a true business partner towards BU's and Head of Business Control
- Actively involved in post-merger integration(s)
Functie eisen
- Educated to a University degree in Finance and/or Economics
- At least 3/5 years relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills. IT savvy
- Well developed stakeholder management skills, good understanding what it means to work with people in different cultures
- Pro-active, self-starter, energetic
- Fluent English, any other language is a plus
