Job description

As Group Business Controller your responsibility is to initiate and support the group wide planning and control cycle and act as a business partner to the managing and finance directors at the different locations. In addition, you are responsible for managing the financial administration of I-SEC International Security B.V. and providing I-SEC’s Management Team with steering information. You have a direct reporting line to the CFO. In more detail, your roles and responsibilities include the following:

  • Initiating and supporting the group wide planning and control cycle and act as a business partner to the managing and finance directors at the different locations
  • Responsible for managing the financial administration
  • Reviewing and analyzing country financial & management reports on a monthly basis
  • Analyzing country business performance, revenue, operations and cost control
  • Providing advice to the executive management team on group level
  • Consolidating and preparing the group financial management reports
  • Preparing group budgets and forecasts, managing and optimizing the full planning cycle
  • Group cash management including maintaining relationships with financial institutes
  • Monitoring corporate financial dashboards
  • Participation in key (strategic) projects


  • You hold an academic Finance related master degree. A post master degree (‘RC’) is a plus
  • You have at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar environment & position
  • You are fluent in English and preferably master Spanish language, both verbal and in writing
  • Preferably you have experience within flexible human assets industry
  • You have profound knowledge of Excel, familiarity with Cognos is a nice to have


Base salary in range of 75-85K + additional benefits
