As a Risk Manager at Action's international headquarters in North-Holland (Zwaagdijk, hybrid working is supported), you will make an active contribution to the growth of the international organisation. You will also support the Senior Risk Managers to ensure that selected business teams get a clear view on their risks. You make sure that preparation for internal control training and reporting are created and that the GRC-tool is functioning effectively and is available to all end-users. A job with impact. As part of Action's Risk Assurance team, you will identify risks in business processes and implement and monitor control activities. You build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. You will ensure a proper understanding of risks that might affect business teams and ensures individuals understand their own accountability for individual risks. Other daily actions involve coordinating the quarterly risk assurance reporting process on group level, per domain and country level. Also, you will incorporate the new/changed controls in the GRC-tool and ensure that control self-assessments are issued periodically. Finally, you have the opportunity to provide input on identified improvements to strengthen internal control in business processes and you support the Risk Management in the execution and follow-up of internal control projects.

As a Risk Manager, you have a hands-on mentality and have good communication skills. You are a teamplayer and you are able to handle a diverse workload. Furthermore, you have:

• A bachelor degree or academic degree in economics
• 3 years + of relevant work experience (e.g. in risk consulting and internal/external audit)
• Excellent written and spoken English skills

• Competitive salary in range of 65-80k based on a 38-hour work week + Annual bonus <15% based on personal and business goals
