Since early 2024, I have been working as a Search Consultant. I’m currently in the final phase of my bachelor’s degree and writing my thesis in collaboration with Impactsearch — a great opportunity to connect theory with practice. Every day, I work with enthusiasm to bring together organizations and candidates. I’m eager to learn and gain energy from diving into both people and processes.
