Financial Controller

Our client is one of the world's leading real estate companies. With their office in Amsterdam they are playing an increasingly important role in the Dutch real estate landscape. To support further growth they are looking to expand their finance department with a controller. The role will have exposure to Senior Management (Portfolio Managers, Asset Managers, Board of investment companies etc.) as well as external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is curious, ambitious and able to contribute to several projects to further improve the finance function. A great opportunity for a young, ambitious financial.

• Assume responsibility for all operational finance processes (accounting, treasury, payments for portfolio companies)
• Prepare and review financial reports
• Identify cost saving and revenue increasing opportunities
• Assist acquisition team with due-diligence, underwriting and tax structuring in portfolio
• Oversee development projects from financial perspective
• Contribute to the Asset Management team in providing accurate and timely data as well as communicating with investor.

• Educated to a University degree in Finance
• Relevant experience for example in Big4, Private Equity or in international Real estate
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel
• Fluent in English, Dutch is nice to have
• Ambition to grow with the company
• Curious, flexible with the ability to work independently
   

Base 65/ 67k + 20% bonus potential + benefits
