Senior Business Controller

Our client is a very fast growing company specialized in the development and production of various systems for civil and defense purposes. In the coming years the organization expects to experience further explosive growth and from that perspective they are looking for a (Senior) Business Controller. The ideal candidate is analytically very strong, can function independently and has a solid basis in Financial Control. Besides regular Business Control activities you have demonstrable experience in preparing and presenting Board presentations to an international Board. In this role you will report to the Finance Director.

• Educated to a degree in business economics/Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years demonstrable experience in a similar position
• Financially broadly oriented, has knowledge of both Financial and Business Control
• Analytically strong, experience with pricing issues is an advantage
• Strong communicator; Fluent in English with the ability to communicate at all levels with international colleagues
• Experience with preparing and presenting high quality presentations at Board level
• Can function well in a fast-growing dynamic environment
