Finance Business Partner | FD Netherlands

You will become part of a successfull IT services company (SaaS focus), PE backed with strong focus on performance and turnaround to more subscription based business. Growth potential in the Dutch market is high with a great new team to be build. You will directly partner with the MD and mainly focus on strong reporting, performance KPI and business insights that help them to grow.

We aim to find a candidate who has a strong background in an accountancy/consultancy firm, preferably with some M&A skills, with an experience in mid-size scale ups in the IT industry. This means the role requires a lot of hands-on activity and involvement, which is far from a big cortporate setup. The entrepeneurial mindset is key. 
Dutch market will be your playground. Reporting line to Head of FP&A  as well as dotted with the Dutch MD.

Must haves and nice to haves:

•    Experienced in financial planning, forecasting, and financial statement preparation.
•    Experience in the software/tech sector, including ARR/recurring revenue models or private equity exposure, is highly desirable.
•    Proficient with ERP and financial planning systems; advanced Excel and spreadsheet modeling skills.
•    Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
•    Able to translate complex data into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
•    Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
•    Knowledge of SQL or other basic coding is a plus.
•    Fluency in Dutch is a strong advantage.
