FP&A Controller

Our client is a global leader in its field. Headquartered in Amsterdam the organization provides first-class services to clients all over the world. To strengthen their Finance team they are seeking to recruit an FP&A Controller. You will be reporting to the Director FP&A and be part of a larger Finance team. The ideal candidate has a broad financial background with a solid understanding of Accounting and Accounting processes with a focus on FP&A, business partnering and stakeholder management at all levels in the organization.This is a P/E backed, high performance driven culture; you possess the ability to turn less structured processes into reliable output. 

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Manage the monthly management reporting process
• Develop financial models and perform in-depth analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and KPIs
• Çlosely collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and propose actions
• Support strategic initiatives, including M&A activities, market analysis, and cost optimization initiative
• Participate in several ad-hoc projects 

• Educated to a University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience (5+ years)  in FP&A or a similar roles
• Broad financial skills, experience in an organization with a recrurring revenue model is a plus
• Strong knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel and PowerBI
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-financial stakeholders
• Fluent English is a must
