Finance Business Partner

Our client is a high growth business with over Euro 200M+ in revenue, global sales and manufacturing capacity in The Netherlands, Germany, France, Ireland and the UK. For their HQ, located in Geldermalsen, they are seeking to recruit a Finance Business Partner. You will report to the Head of Finance and will be supporting the Management Team in driving the delivery of the Financial & Business Strategy. You will be working closely with the business and budget holders as well as other stakeholders across Europe. A good understanding of the Dutch language is a strong plus for this role.

In this role you will responsible for the following tasks:

• Produce clear variance analysis against budget and forecast, highlighting key drivers, trends and risks;
• Partner with site- and functional leaders to ensure financial performance is fully understood and actions are agreed;
• Own and maintain standard costing models, ensuring alignment with operational reality and production processes;
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts;
• Act as a trusted commercial advisor, providing financial insight to support decisions and margin improvement initiatives;
• Support new product introductions and operational changes with cost and profitability analysis;
• Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain and commercial teams to define and track key KPI's;
• Drive a culture of financial ownership across manufacturing sites.

• Educated to a University degree in Finance and/or Economics, a postgraduate degree (ACCA, CPA, CA(SA, RA) is a major plus;
• Technically solid, broad financial experience;
• 6+ years relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution;
• It savvy, keen interest in IT/IT-systems;
• Strong communicator. Fluent English is a must, Dutch and or German is a plus;
• Action oriented, has the ability to take initiative.

90/95K as a base + 10% bonus + excellent benefits
