Accountant

Our client is one of Europe's leading real estate developers. The organization has grown significantly over the last years and is still very ambitious to double their revenues within the next 4 years. Besides their headquarters abroad, they have an office in Amsterdam from which they prepare financial statements for both their listed and their (operational) Dutch operations. To support further growth, the organization is seeking to recruit an Accountant who will be working in a small finance team. 

You will be responsible for various accounting tasks within a in a fast growing, international company. Think about:

• Process invoices, general ledger transactions, bank statements and payments;
• Carrying out various checks on general ledger accounts;
• Provide support in ensuring accounting integrity (Dutch GAAP/IFRS);
• Assist with tax (VAT) return(s).
• Help manage intercompany loans to finance CTP's investment activities;
• Dealing with various ad hoc requests.

Our client is particularly looking for an enthusiastic, eager-to-learn colleague who is open to applying Accountancy in practice. So are you a graduate, a starter on the job market and most importantly ready to develop yourself further? Then we are looking for you! Knowledge of the Dutch language is nice to have but not required. 

• 45-50K;
